[OSM-dev] Mod_tile not showing images

My images are not displaying, trying to access it manually doesn't give me
the images, the request however shows when I tail.

but in the browser it shows:

Not Found

The requested URL /osm_tiles2/0/0/0.png was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.17 (Ubuntu) Server at localhost Port 80

Any ideas on where to check to fix this?
