In theory, yes. However, I think it is better to keep it easily
available to quickly switch between the official OSM API and a custom
one, so I intentionally kept it in the main menu. This makes it easier
for users who use Vespucci to edit a custom map to quickly return to the
OSM server to contribute a change to the official map.
