[OSM-dev] a proposal to a crowdsourcing model using OSM

Dear All 
we are trying to build a  ( crowdsourcing  paltform ) using OSM , the core Idea is that 
to let the content being reported by contribuotrs open by using the wiki technology 
unlike other crowdsourcing platform i.e Ushahidi .
I dont know if this the right place to propose the project or not ?
