[OSM-dev] osmosis in windows and cygwin

i downloaded osmosis from

   - http://bretth.dev.openstreetmap.org/osmosis-build/osmosis-latest.zip


on running it from windows 7 command prompt

osmosis.bat runs successfully but osmosis -h(--help) gives internal server
error.

i am unable to run any other process
