[OSM-dev] taginfo not always as up to date as it says

Hi Jochen,

thanks, now I get fresh values. 
I wonder why it worked most days without problems.
Maybe today was just bad luck.
I'll change my script to use 
"wget --no-cache -O"
instead of 
"curl -o"
Hope that means the same as "shift-reload"
