[OSM-dev] Why is ford=yes not rendered in the default style?

Currently the rendering database is created with static rules that map
OSM keys to columns, Mateusz has already pointed you to the config file
for that, the likely solution for the issue is to re-import and besides
the existing mapping method to import all tags (or at least nearly all)
in to the key/value storage column type that Postgres provides. But the
whole migration needs to be thought out and tested and given the current
developments on the output side of things may need rethinking again
before being deployed.
