[OSM-dev] Duplicated "vor" in history

I just fixed a translation to Dutch that's been bothering me for a while.
If you want to translate to German:
- register on the website
- check about 20 translations to prove you're worthy
- wait a couple of minutes (in my case) for manual quality control of your
work
- fix the translation

I don't know how long it takes for translations to show up on the website.
