The webserver https://osm.org use a wrong SSL certificate. Don't visit
the site until the admin fix the setup.
As a workaround, you can use https://www.openstreetmap.org
PS: same for planet.osm.org
curl https://planet.osm.org
curl: (51) SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target
host name 'planet.osm.org'
use https://planet.openstreetmap.org instead.
