[OSM-dev] Java web app with local OSM file of OpenStreetMap

Hi developers, 

I 'm starting a job associated with OpenStreetMap . OSM have a local file and want to load the map content and display it in a Java web application , I have reviewed osmosis and mapsforge but I have not been able to find some solution , some have experience in it ???
