[OSM-dev] More information on opening hours tag evaluator.

Hello this is Yash Maroo.I had gone through the project idea of opening hours tag evaluator and would like to know more about the project idea . Like more details on complete evaluator and how could one proceed with it and I would also like to get the contact of the mentor of the respective project idea and try to understand the use of Opening Hours Parser.
