[OSM-dev] Trouble downloading changeset dump

I have trouble downloading the changeset dump, can't get aproper md5 
checksum when downloading Torrent neither wget :

md5sum changesets-220725.osm.bz2
545293630604acdd9d53db816fa9cde0  changesets-220725.osm.bz2
cat changesets-220725.osm.bz2.md5
930c48f258a0775a7a9a0ddee5781dbc  changesets-220725.osm.bz2

The same happens with an older dump. The file size is about right, though.

Any attempt to process the file with changesetMD leads to unexpected end 
of file or corrupt XML.
