which redirected to mirror:
https://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/misc/openstreetmap/planet.openstreetmap.org/planet/2022/changesets-220725.osm.bz2 


md5sum then produces the same checksum as in the file published on planet:
930c48f258a0775a7a9a0ddee5781dbc  changesets-220725.osm.bz2

So it looks like file on source is correct.

I suggest that you check which mirror you are using. In case of 
persistent problems, especially if you get different results on multiple 
runs I would then run memtest86. The last time I faced such strange 
issues, I had problematic RAM. Happened twice, once at home and once on 
server.
