osm does not use this tag as a bibliography
in particular, the name of the species should not be repeated in the source
the only usefull info seem the date of the survey and I think
that survey:date=2021/06/17 or survey:date=2021/06 is enough
if the user of your application sees the tree at the time of your 
addition, survey:date with today's date is better (this confirms
when the tree was last seen, it is not necessary to have the date
of the first time it was added to your database)
