I am writing to suggest the addition of a Twitter authentication provider
to open street map project. As you are aware, authentication is a critical
component of any application, and open street map iscurrently relying on
some giant authentication provider for user authentication namely, openID,
google, facebook. wikipedia, windows live and github.

Given the popularity of Twitter as a social media platform, it would be
highly beneficial for our project to incorporate Twitter as a viable
authentication provider. The inclusion of Twitter authentication would
provide users with an additional authentication option, thus increasing
accessibility and user engagement.

Twitter provides a well-documented OAuth 2.0 authentication mechanism,
which can be integrated into our existing authentication framework with
ease. Furthermore, Twitter's authentication mechanism is highly secure and
trusted by users, making it a valuable addition to the existing third party
user authentciation in the open street map.

I believe that the inclusion of Twitter authentication would be a valuable
enhancement to our project, and I would be willing to help lead the
implementation effort. Please let me know if you have any questions or
concerns about this suggestion.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Adam
