[diversity-talk] Childcare tagging

Thanks Elliot and Kai!

I'm going to listen/voice in on the child care tag conversation (will keep
people posted) but I really like the idea of including such tags in the
editor presets.  Anyone know how such decisions are made with iD editor? Is
it a conversation with Tom/MapBox or is it a community discussion?
