[diversity-talk] moderation committee

I know everyone is acting with the best of intentions here, but I dont
think a moderation comittee is a good idea and i'd love to see it
revisited. A moderator needs to be a single person with a good level of
trust in the community acting like a referee, his or her decision making
process should be as transparent as possible. I can already see how the
mere existence of a committee is going to create unhealthy suspicions -
justified or not.
