[diversity-talk] moderation committee

Hi Alex,
Maybe the issue is calling it a "committee" I do think the mailing lists
should have more than one person moderating. Hopefully they won't be
regularly needed, but for example if things heat up it can be slowed from
exploding with a good moderator. Though expecting one person to be around
all the time to do that is unrealistic. I also wouldn't expect the
committee to necessarily rule on moderation, but the idea of being able to
"check-in" with other moderators I think is a good one.
