[Geocoding] City information missing/wrong

Hi,

So if I wanted to improve the result, I would have to hazard a guess and use the county as the city? And in case for the city states use the state as the city? That absolutely doesn't sound like something that will turn around and bite my behind later... Thanks for the answer.
