Comment:

 There is only [http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/1524228 North
 Vancouver City] and [http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/1524229 North
 Vancouver District], neither of which is a full match for Nominatim, which
 is why it has trouble finding it.

 In general, this is a bug tracker for software and not the right place to
 report data issues. For things like this, you can add a note on the main
 map or, even better, fix the issue yourself, see
 [http://www.openstreetmap.org/fixthemap]. There are also
 [https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo local mailing lists] where
 people can help if you are not sure what is going on.
