Comment:

 This is a data problem. Village Zovuni
 (http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2322770309) is indeed inside city
 Yerevan (http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/364087) and for the given
 address it is the closest node.

 Move the Zovuni node (http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2322770309) inside
 the Zovuni area (http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/222477058) and all will
 be good. Then the node can be related to a specific area and no points
 outside will get the village name in their address.
