[GraphHopper] Preparing 0.2 Release

Hi all,

the new 0.2 version is in the works. With two major advantages:

  * Massive speed improvements for normal routing, CH preparation and CH
    routing
  * Finally GPS-exact routing
    <https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/pull/115> is included now

Several other issues
<https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/issues?milestone=2&state=closed>
were also fixed. Please try the master and report problems or questions
as there were several refactorings! Have a look into the changelog
<https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/blob/master/core/files/changelog.txt>
how to adapt your code. To try these changes use the dev instance
<http://graphhopper.com/devmaps/> (Germany only).

PS: Some values for Germany&car-only:

  * under 3 minutes for import (7.3mio nodes)
  * 1.7sec as mean value for bidirectional Dijkstra routing
    (none-threaded, distance-mean ~400km)

  * 15 minutes for CH preparation
  * 0.003sec as mean value for CH routing ()
