[GraphHopper] problem while running graphhopper in local network

[Poshan Niraula]

I am able to successfully run graphhopper in localhost. But when i tried to
access graphhopper server from another device in my local network i am
connected to graphhopper server but i get the following message
"GraphHopper API offline?
http://localhost:8989"
Why is this?
