[GraphHopper] windows & cygwin

I followed the instruction in
https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/wiki/Windows

I have also done the troubleshooting part and i am still getting this error.

$ ./graphhopper.sh web europe_germany_berlin.osm
./graphhopper.sh: line 2: $'\r': command not found
./graphhopper.sh: line 34: syntax error near unexpected token `elif'
'/graphhopper.sh: line 34: `  elif [ ! -s "$OSM_FILE" ]; then

If i remove the empty line in line 2, i don't get the 1st error but the 2nd
and 3rd error remains.
