[GraphHopper] GraphHopper 0.2 Release

Hi all,

Today we're releasing version 0.2 of GraphHopper. Highlights:

  * All algorithms are faster due to bug fixes and fine tuning
  * CH preparation is also faster.
  * We finally fixed GPS-exact
    <https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/pull/115> routing so you
    don't have to workaround a junction-to-junction results
