[GraphHopper] Select nodes by OSM-ID

Hello,

"is there any chance to select the start- and endnode for routing by
their OSM-ID?"

I dont know, i'm new with Graphhopper


"Maybe there are other suggestions too, how an indoor-routing can be done?"

I did an indoor location system for android, I will need to apply the
routing too in a near future.
Are you using the OSM data structure for the indoor nods? If you have your
own structure you can add altitude information?
