[GraphHopper] Get Street name and Town name of a GPS point

Thank you for your help,

For the name of the street I was thinking to the same solution that Peter
explain.
So I will try this one.

I cannot use online so sorry but I cannot use nominatim.
Your proposition for use index of town seem interresting even if it will
increase data space for the new data to store.
And also town are not always rectangular and so some mistake on the town
name can appear...

Anyway for the moment I will implement the solution for the street name and
I will later search for the town name.
