[GraphHopper] Porting an app to graphhopper

[amrit karmacharya]

we had made this app http://neogeomat.github.io/yatayat/ during a college
project. As of now, it is very slow, so we want to use the graphhopper for
routing.

Could anyone suggest the procedures to transfer the app?
