[GraphHopper] GraphHopper in 9 languages available

Hi all,

some more languages are available now but there could be some improvements!
I would like to request anyone (with the ability ;)) to proof read the
translations!

You can also access or proof read the translations in our GraphHopper
Maps application:
http://graphhopper.com/maps/?point=dresden&point=berlin&locale=si (e.g.
for Slovenian)

Request 'edit' rights or just comment a bug like:

(si) the key 'web.toHint' should be xy
