[GraphHopper] Translations

Hi Peter,

You probably know me already from the mapsforge mailing list.
I'm Emux, the author of Cruiser and Atlas.

I'm going to publish soon a Cruiser with support for GraphHopper.

I can prepare a GraphHopper translation for Greek.
How can I submit it, should I edit directly the spreadsheet or there is
another way?
