[GraphHopper] Graphs download server

[emux]

Hi,

Is there any download server with already created GraphHopper graphs for 
OSM areas (countries / cities),
available for the public, like they exist for mapsforge vector maps?

I know the http://graphhopper.com/public/maps/ location, which has also 
the maps in it, but is intended for the android sample app.

I can easily build the graphs, but I was wondering for the users, if 
they can find them somewhere all collected.
