[GraphHopper] Graphs download server

I was thinking only for the graphs independently (to reduce also hosting 
/ download size),
as the vector maps have already 3 complete servers (the first 2 are 
updated often):
http://www.openandromaps.org/en/
http://www.androidmaps.co.uk/
http://download.mapsforge.org/
I agree the vector maps building is indeed very resource / time consuming.
