[GraphHopper] Tunnels and elevation/connectivity

I was messing around with the web mapping demo, and found this situation, which seems to be an error where a cycling route (inadvisably sent via a tunnel) abruptly 'leaps' to the surface and follows a track mid-way through the tunnel.
Not entirely sure that this is an error, but it does appear to be. (It was more obviously 'odd' when viewed as part of a longer route with an uncommonly steep 'step' ~ within a shorter segment it appears to mask the height change in the elevation graph more).

Driving continues correctly through the tunnel all the way, but walking also "exits" at the crossing of the surface path.
