when I release it is updated by me. A snapshot is automatically released
when a new commit is available (only sonatype repo).

All 0.X branches go to maven central once we fix all issues for this release

They are created from the 0.3 branch. The graphhopper-android jar from
the 'android' submodule and the graphhopper jar from the 'core'
submodule (graphhopper-web from 'web' etc)
