[GraphHopper] Multiple Vehicles

Hi,

I notice there is support for multiple vehicles on
https://graphhopper.com/maps/.

As far as I understand, multiple vehicles are only supported when CH is
disabled. But, whenever we disable CH, performance drops massively -
queries that take 0.02 seconds now take 8 seconds. But, www.graphhopper.com
has great performance! *How do you do this?*
