[GraphHopper] Route Options and Directions Mode

Thanks i even didn't knew that this file exists. But what i can understand
that these configuration are static not dynamic. I can only change the
config file prior to creating graph? Right!

What i want is that i want user to give option in the app so that he can
change settings at the runtime?
