[GraphHopper] graphhopper android app error?

Hi,

I tried to install graphhopper 0.2 and 0.3 both onto android, there is an error that comes up:

"to get downloadable areas restart when connected to the internet.  Problem while fetching remote
area list http://graphhopper.com/public/maps/0.3/"

I went to the URL and downloaded the map files for north-america_us-pacific and moved them into the
android graphhopper folder and restared the app, the "north-america_us-pacific" map now shows up in the
graphhopper app's "local" drop box but the error message about not being able to fetch remote area list
is still there and the map doesn't load.  If I click the "OK" button to load the map, it says loading map
but then says "file does not exist storage/emulated/0/graphhopper/maps/north-america_us-pacific-gh/north-america_us-pacific.map"

I couldn't find that .map file on the graphhopper website, but found a north-america_us-pacific.ghz file, that didn't seem
to work!  Thanks for any help for this! :)
