[GraphHopper] change language info and instruction

You'll need to add "it" to TranslationMap.LOCALES - see e.g. this pull
requests for the necessary changes:
https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/pull/153

Feel free to create also a pull request to integrate Italian into
GraphHopper :)
