[GraphHopper] One Way and Turn Restrictions

Hi Mark,
turn restrictions are not yet implemented. But there is work in the
pipeline which should make this available in the next time:
https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/issues/2#issuecomment-31098983
One way streets are supported since the beginning.
