[GraphHopper] Suggestions for an OSM solution

You can use mapsforge for offline too (Android or Desktop) because in a
couple of weeks mapsforge 0.4 will be out and GraphHopper will work with
this. Although as always you can provide pull requests right now to
speed  up adoption :) !

Still address search is a missing part where you have to look into other
solutions (if you want to support more than one city ;))
