Hi from the maker of nogago,
I am impressed with the speed of grass hopper and am planning to
reimplement our hiking and biking-optimized routing (currently based on
OsmAnd foundations and suffering from severe memory problems ) based on the
grass hopper code libraries.

Anyone interested in contributing ? Our current (simple but well-working)
approach is to preprocess the osmdata to materialize relevant data from
relations (marked bike lanes, hiking trails) as a key/value markers for
edges, with preference to edges in the graph that have such markers.
