[GraphHopper] Need help on using osm data to render as map in WebApp

Depending on your needs you should either get interest in

-          http://mapnik.org/ which is the rendering engine of OpenStreeMap

-          http://openlayers.org/ which is a javascript library for managing and displaying geometrical data.

Can anyone please help me in rendering the osm data as map in WebApp?

Like using any of the javascript technologies.

Also can I directly render osm data as a map.
