[GraphHopper] Generating routing files

Another workaround can be to use multiple GraphHopper instances. One for
every vehicle. But this is probably also suboptimal as you'll have to
download stuff multiple times.
Just for reference: multiple vehicles are theoretical possible with CH
enabled, but not yet implemented:
