[GraphHopper] Good first issues: Getting started with GraphHopper development

Hi there,

I've added the 'good first issue'-label to issues which do only require
knowledge in one specific area of GraphHopper and should therefor be
relative easy to start with. Of course it still depends on the skills
how long an issue can take:
