[GraphHopper] GPX final elevation point missing

Not a critical issue I suspect, but the final trackpoint on the GPX export from the "Maps" webpage example of the Graphhopper API doesn't have an elevation value assigned (or is zero).

As a minor aside is there a reason why the driving mode lacks an elevation and distance graph? While I would think that this was less critical from a 'vehicle performance' perspective it is still useful or essential navigation information (presence of hill/valley is a useful navigation point, and total distance is... pretty standard).
