[GraphHopper] graphhopper.sh execution gets stuck at building parent

Hi,

I am trying to import an osm map to extract routing data using
graphhopper.sh script. I am running Windows 7 and so i am executing shell
scripts using cygwin.

Whenever  i execute any command, process gets stuck at "##building parent".
After that nothing happens. Here attached with the mail is the screenshot
of cygwin. Please help.
