[GraphHopper] Lots of directories in tmp

Marian,

please use graphhopper 0.3 where we do not rely on the maven plugin and
it also starts up faster. See e.g.
https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/blob/master/docs/web/quickstart.md

Let me know if this fixes your problem.
