[GraphHopper] Offline Geocoding/Reverse Geocoding

Hi community,

Target of my project is to realize offline geocoding and reverse geocoding
using graphhopper approach and the created support files in gh folder.

My proposal is to reduce size for support files (map files + files needed
to build graph) modifying graph hopper approach: In particular read
geometry from map file and names from osm file.
This is my proposal, what do you think?
