[GraphHopper] Offline Geocoding/Reverse Geocoding

Hi peter,
Ye i'm working on it, i want read geometry and names from osm and map file
to erase redundant support files of graphhopper(files geometry and names in
xxx-gh folder), to save disk space of smartphone.

What do you think about it?
