[GraphHopper] Rout not found! Disconnected areas?

This barrier is tagged with bicycle=yes and foot=yes. So either you
change the OSM-tags of this barrier and add wheelchair=yes (what I
recommend), or you try to change your code to accept all ways, which
are passable for e.g. bicycle.
