[GraphHopper] GraphHopper Offline Routing in the Browser

Hi all,

today GraphHopper is brought to an important platform - the browser!
Still lots of work to do but it works and is fast. Read more about it here:

This opens up some interesting use cases like full offline navigation
for FirefoxOS or also hybrid routing solutions (server and client side
route calculations). Also other mobile platforms are now possible.
